IAEA, Czech Republic, Russia, US ship nuclear weapons-usable spent HEU fuel back to Russia: Rez, Czech Republic - It's cold, freezing cold. On a rainy December night, dozens of men and women have gathered on a hillside near the river Vltava, best known for its romantic views over the Czech capital.
