Hana Lutz was born in 1962 in Litomerice, Czech Republic, moved in August 1968 to Austria. After obtaining the diploma of the European Secretarial Academy, she started working for UNIDO in 1982, where she occupied various positions, including bilingual secretary and secretary to the section head of the Least Developed Countries Section, secretary to the director of the Division of Policy Coordination, secretary in the Legal Service.
In 1993, she joined her husband in his company. However, appreciating the work in an international environment, she was happy to join UNIDO again in July 2007.
Ms. Lutz is a project assistant in the Division for Africa since in March 2009; she has been providing support in the implementation of TC human resources activities.
